Integrations

The Integrations page is your central hub for connecting Dynamatic with the rest of your e-commerce tech stack. By integrating with third-party tools, you can leverage your existing customer data—such as reviews, loyalty points, and email segments—to create more personalized and high-converting experiences on your site.

Navigating to Integrations

To access this page, click on Settings in the left-hand sidebar menu and select Integrations.

Page Layout Overview

The Integrations page is divided into two primary tabs:

Available: Displays all third-party platforms currently supported by Dynamatic that you haven't connected yet.
Integrated: Shows a list of tools you have already successfully connected to your Dynamatic account.

Available Integration Categories

Dynamatic supports several categories of integrations to enhance your store's performance:

1. Email & SMS Marketing

Klaviyo: Use your Klaviyo segments and customer data to trigger specific Dynamatic widgets or personalized content.

2. Reviews & Social Proof

Connecting a review provider allows you to pull star ratings and customer testimonials directly into your Dynamatic placements. Supported partners include:

How to Connect a New Integration

Follow these steps to link a new service to your account:

Locate the service you wish to connect under the Available tab.
Click the blue Integrate > button on the service card.
Authentication: You will typically be prompted to provide an API Key or Private Key from that service.
- Tip: Most platforms keep these keys under their "Settings" or "API" section.
Once the credentials are saved, the status will update, and the service will move to the Integrated tab.

Managing Existing Integrations

To manage or update a service you've already connected:

Switch to the Integrated tab.
Update Integration: Click this to refresh the connection or update your API credentials.
Toggle Switch: Use the toggle on the right side of the card to quickly enable or disable the integration without deleting your credentials.
